Because Brottier Hall is not a University-owned residence hall, Capstone On-Campus Management oversees its operations. Brottier’s crediting policy is similar to the University’s:
- Residents who move out between March 14, 2020 and March 31,2020 will be credited (for students returning to Brottier in the fall) or refunded (for students not returning to Brottier in the fall) based on a daily rate for the period beginning April 1, 2020 and ending May 11, 2020. The credit or refund will be applied to your account after successful completion of the semester, or graduation, as appropriate.
- Residents who move out after March 31, 2020 will not receive a credit/refund.
This credit/refund will only apply to residents who have completely moved out of their apartment and returned their key. Students who wish to keep belongings in their Brottier Hall unit or intermittently occupy their unit will be classified as a current resident.
